This place is quite clean, the staff is super friendly, and there is a pleasant view of the pretty canal and water gardens.

The units are of high standard and come with free movies. the staff is extremely helpful. - the location is magnificent and lovely, with the railway station in walking distance. - the service is very good. - Parking is available outside.

The hotel is located facing a water park on the river bank and was modern and comfortable. The staff were so kind and professional. The breakfast also very good but be sure to go to the restaurant before it is filled with big groups of tourists (before 9:00?).

The room was stylish and brand-new, with comfortable beds. the location was magnificent, a peaceful walk from the railway station.

This hotel is in a pleasant, quiet location yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Nancy and very near a Tram stop which takes you to the centre and bus/train stations. There is a large supermarket conveniently located opposite the Tram stop. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge, kettle and microwave. This hotel suited us very well.

Location was handy, only a short walk (10-15 minutes) from town centre. Underground parking was good. Bathroom/toilet were a little small/cramped but the room was clean and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the usual pastries, bread, etc and also a selection of pots of various meats, yoghurts, etc. All tasted great and seemed very fresh.

The hotel doesn't really have any character, but it is modern, clean, well priced and has good parking. Would definitely use again!

I recently had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location along the river was absolutely breathtaking and within just a 10-minute walk of the city center. I loved how it was situated in a new quiet area called "Jardin d'eau," near a canal which allowed for a scenic walk or jog. The hotel provided impeccable service, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and even a doctor on call. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the mini-bar and in-room safe for added convenience. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

If you're a family looking for a wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

A clean simple hotel close to the town centre

Excellent room at reasonable price in a perfect location for our purposes,

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center. It made it so easy for us to explore the Christmas markets and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff at check-in were quick and efficient.

That the air conditioning was switched off, which made the room a bit stuffy upon arrival. It would have been great if housekeeping had turned it on prior to our arrival.

Very modern hotel, room facilities excellent. Room was large, great views, had coffe/tea making facility, microwave, desk, wi-fi access. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Recommended. Nancy town centre has a magnificent main square and a good range of restaurants on the streets beyond.

Location: the hotel was near Easy to find as well as the beatiful Botanic Gardens.
